Visible damage or delivery shortcomings must be reported within 72 hours after receipt.

Delivered items remain exclusive property until full payment has been made.

Returned goods must be sent back in original packaging within 14 calendar days after withdrawal notification.

Refunds are made within 14 calendar days after withdrawal notification, subject to return conditions.

Consumers have legal rights under the law of 21 September 2004 on protection of consumers when selling consumer goods.

Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.

Warranty does not apply to misuse, rough handling, unauthorized modifications or damage caused by the customer.
