We deliver orders to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France, consistent with our Store policy.

In Belgium, standard orders of €50 or more qualify for free shipping.

For Belgian orders under €50, a small domestic shipping fee applies (typically in the range of €4.40–€5.70 depending on method; the exact amount is shown at checkout).

Shipments outside Belgium generally start from €9 or more depending on destination and service; your total is calculated at checkout.

Any administrative or delivery-related charges are shown separately before you confirm payment.

We use trusted carriers such as Bpost and Mondial Relay, including home delivery and pickup options where offered.

The available services for your order depend on your address and the options integrated at checkout.

After payment you receive an order confirmation by email.

Unless we agree otherwise with you, goods are delivered within a maximum of 30 days after payment.

Processing and transit times can vary by product availability and carrier; use your tracking link when provided.

When your parcel is handed to the carrier, we send tracking details by email where the carrier supports it.

Use that link for live status; allow a short delay after dispatch for scans to appear.

Check your address carefully at checkout; you are responsible for correct delivery details.
