WIG RECONSTRUCTION closure wig reconstruction + Styling

Description

Wig Re-Construction service involves breaking down an old wig and creating a completely new custom wig on an adjustable mesh cap.

This service does not include hair unless added on, and customers can choose between just the construction service or the construction service along with full customization and styling.

The Wig Re-Construction service includes deconstructing the old wig, washing and deep conditioning the old bundles, creating a custom machine-made fully constructed wig on an adjustable mesh cap, adding an adjustable band and combs, and completing the styling according to the customer’s preference.

For those interested in using Wigarray Luxury Virgin Hair, they can simply add the hair specifications to their cart along with the Wig Service. However, if customers prefer to use hair from an outside source, they must ensure that the bundles are clean, thread-free, with uncut wefts, and properly labeled. (This is optional for wigs that has already been deconstructed)

Additionally, only new closures and frontals are accepted. Thick hairline lace and low-quality lace are not accepted, especially if full customization and styling are chosen.

If customers provide their own hair, lace, or wig that does not meet our guidelines upon inspection, we reserves the right to return the hair and refund the service fee.

Shipping labels are provided via email within 24 business hours of the Wig Service order, and customers must ship their clean, thread-free, uncut, labeled bundles using the provided shipping label within 24 hours of purchase.

Customers are required to include a note with their package specifying their full name and order number and whatsapp us with their name, order number, and tracking number after shipping their hair.

Wig-array is not responsible for lost items during shipment.

The shipping fees cover both the shipment to Wigarray and the return of the completed wig customisation and customers should ensure that the address inputted at checkout is the delivery return address.

Processing time for the Wig Service is 5-7 business days, which refers to the shipping frame ,with processing time beginning on the next day the hair arrives in the mail.

The order will ship within the shipping frame , and the delivery estimated time of arrival will be provided by the shipping carrier. For example, if you purchase Wig Service on January 1st and the hair arrives on January 7th, processing time starts on January 8th, and the shipping window is January 12th to January 16th (excluding weekends).
